Steve was Chairman and CEO of CDM Smith, a $1.2 billion global engineering and construction (E&C) firm. Over his 47 year career at the firm, he progressed in environmental engineering, management and client service positions across ever growing geographies, and delivered on some of the most complex projects in CDM Smith’s municipal portfolio by focusing on the technical, legal, and political components.
